  • 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Every athlete’s recruiting journey looks different, which is why I meet individually (in person or virtually) to build a plan that works for your family. These sessions break down the confusing parts of recruiting into clear, simple steps so you never have to guess what comes next.

It is also more than just planning. I act as both a motivator and an accountability partner. Many athletes fall behind because they lose momentum, get overwhelmed, or wait too long to take action. In our sessions, I make sure tasks are getting done and that the step-by-step plan is being followed. Families can feel confident knowing that progress is happening, goals are being met, and nothing is slipping through the cracks.

  • Step-by-Step Recruiting Plan

The recruiting process is complicated and looks different for every athlete. A freshman just starting out shouldn’t be doing the same things as a senior who is running out of time, but many families don’t know where their athlete fits in. That’s why I build a personalized plan that maps out the overall journey.

This plan is strategic. I evaluate your athlete’s current level of play, compare it to what college coaches are looking for, and help identify realistic opportunities while still pushing for higher goals. We also factor in academics, location, school size, and campus culture so the focus is on schools where your athlete can thrive both athletically and personally.

The step-by-step plan gives you the big picture of where you’re going and how to get there. It’s the roadmap that ensures your athlete is aiming in the right direction from the start.

  • Emails + Outreach Strategy

Most athletes rely on generic email templates they find online, but the problem with those is simple: coaches can spot them immediately. They come across as bland and impersonal, which usually means the email gets ignored.

I work with athletes to draft, edit, and format personal emails that actually grab a coach’s attention. Each message is tailored to highlight their strengths and show genuine interest in the program. Beyond just writing, I also guide athletes on when to reach out, how often to follow up, and how to stay professional without becoming repetitive.

This approach ensures coaches see your athlete as prepared and serious about their future, not just another copy-and-paste name in their inbox.

  • College Contact Database

One of the most time-consuming parts of recruiting is researching schools. Trying to figure out which ones may be a good fit, as well as, trying to track down up-to-date coach contact information. Families can spend hours online digging through rosters, websites, and incomplete databases, only to end up frustrated and overwhelmed.

I take that burden off your shoulders by creating a customized spreadsheet of schools tailored to your athlete’s athletic level, academic profile, and personal preferences. We talk through what matters most; academics, location, campus size, division level, and team culture. And then I narrow the options so your athlete isn’t trying to email 900 schools and feeling overwhelmed.

The final list includes verified coach contact information, so your athlete can immediately start making real connections with programs that are the right fit. This keeps the process organized, saves families countless hours, and ensures athletes are putting their energy toward schools where they can truly succeed.

  • Highlight Video Creation

A highlight video is one of the most important tools in the recruiting process, but creating one that actually gets a coach’s attention is harder than it seems. Families often struggle with knowing what clips to choose, how long the video should be, and how to showcase an athlete’s best skills without overwhelming the viewer. A poorly made video can mean a coach clicks out after just a few seconds.

I guide athletes and families through the entire process, from filming matches when needed to selecting and editing the right clips. The goal is to highlight the athlete’s strengths in a clear, professional way that makes coaches want to keep watching. I also ensure the video is formatted correctly and easy to share with coaches, which can make all the difference in whether it gets noticed.

With a strong highlight video, your athlete immediately stands out in a crowded recruiting pool. Instead of worrying about how to present themselves, they can feel confident that their video is doing its job: showcasing their abilities and catching the eye of the right programs.

  • Recruiting Timeline + Checklist

Even with a clear plan, it’s easy to fall behind when you don’t know what to do first, what comes next, or when deadlines are approaching. This is where the recruiting timeline and checklist come in.

The timeline breaks the entire process into small, time-sensitive tasks that families can follow like a calendar. It tells you exactly what to do and when. Whether that’s emailing coaches before a showcase, updating highlight videos after a big tournament, or registering for the right camps.

This tool keeps athletes organized and on schedule, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. It removes the guesswork and prevents families from scrambling at the last minute. Instead of just knowing the big picture, you’ll have a clear to-do list that makes the process manageable day by day.

  • 24/7 Support Between Sessions

The recruiting journey can feel overwhelming at times — and honestly, it can be disappointing too. Maybe a coach doesn’t reply right away, maybe a tournament doesn’t go as planned, or maybe your athlete just feels stuck and discouraged. These moments can cause families to lose momentum or even question if it’s worth continuing.

That’s why I provide support beyond our scheduled sessions. I’m available when those questions, frustrations, or setbacks pop up — whether it’s reviewing an email, offering advice before a big tournament, or encouraging your athlete to keep going when things feel tough.

This ongoing access keeps athletes motivated, parents reassured, and the entire process moving forward. Families don’t just get a coach for scheduled meetings; they get a steady guide in their corner who helps them handle the highs and lows without losing focus.

  • Recruit Visit + Interview Training

Recruit visits and coach conversations are some of the most exciting parts of the recruiting process, but they can also be the most intimidating. Athletes often feel nervous about what to say, how to present themselves, or how to ask the right questions without sounding unprepared. Parents, too, can feel unsure of their role in the process.

I prepare athletes and families for these moments so they walk in feeling confident instead of overwhelmed. We practice how to introduce themselves, how to answer common coach questions, and how to highlight their strengths without sounding scripted. I also help athletes prepare their own thoughtful questions, showing coaches they are genuinely interested and serious about their future.

This training ensures that when the opportunity comes, your athlete doesn’t freeze or leave wishing they had said more. Instead, they can focus on making a positive impression and building real connections with coaches.
